In this section of our online user group on Sugar Studio, Megan demos different kinds of calculated fields that administrators and developers can set up. Her examples included: Simple sum, Weighted Opportunity Amount, Convert datatypes using toString and/or getDropdownValue – copy dropdown to a text field, Concatenate fields to standardize Opportunity Name, Count # of Opportunities for Account**, Conditional rollup sum of Won Opportunity Amounts to Account**, Using ifElse logic to generalize case status, Difference between dates – time between Case Creation & Resolution, and Copying data from one module to another**.
